THAI, PULUT,SUSHI RICE, CAP NAGA MUTIARA, ------lagi tinggi kandungan gulanya.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;nasi putih ni kan..bukan tak bagus apenye tau... dia takde nutrisi...TAKDE NUTRISI TAKDE FIBER NOTHING!. jadi bila dia masuk je perut, otomatik terus burn jadi energy, ingat! " alaaaa malas laa tak selera laaaa nanti lunch skali kan senang"&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;why do u have to have breakfast?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;ok... nak cerita sikit pasal the human body&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;our body ni very clever machinery.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;u dah starve dia dari malam sampai pagi, dia perlukan energy untuk gerak. tapi awak tak bagi2..lambat nya nak isi minyak... so ape jadi?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;badan kita ingat dunia sedang menghadapi kemarau, kebuluran, dia conpius bila la lagi nak dapat makanan...ntah2 agaknya takkan dapat makanan lagi...yelaaaa dia ingat ada kebuluran berlaku... jadi... bila masuk je makanan ( dahla makan lambat...banyak pulak yang masuk...ye laaa lapar kan) apa badan kita buat?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;dia pegang semua makanan tu taknak proses, taknak convert jadi energy, dia slow kan metabolisme sebab dia takut nak pakai energy, takut abis nanti tah tak dapat makan dah kan? ape akibatnya pada diri sendiri? semua energy yang badan kita pegang tak nak burn tu dia letak kat mana? haaaaa FAT CELL LAA.... lagi selalu buat perangai makan tak tentu lagi konpius badan...dah metabolisma (pembakaran lemak) terus tak jalan, lembab.... tu yang ada dialog "ehhh u makan banyaak mana pun tak gemuk2 ek.... i tak makan pun tak kurus2 napeeee."&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;so kita kena ajar body kita untuk tingkatkan metabolisma, burn fat walaupun tak buat ape2..best tak?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;CARANYA&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;BREAKFAST!! CONSISTENT TIMING PLEASE!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;RAJIN SIKIT BANGUN PAGI MASAK... bukan suruh masak nasik lemak rendang ayam pun,... have something light ok&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;DIANA'S TYPICAL BREAKFAST&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 apple with cinnamon powder (kayu manis terbukti menurunkan kadar gula dalam darah dan meningkatkan kekuatan insulin, membantu membakar lemak)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;fried eggs 2 biji..ye 2 biji... protein membantu kita menahan lapar sepanjang hari dan regulate our sugar jadi takla kul 10 dah kebulur&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;wholemeal bread 2 keping... extra fiber membantu kita supaya tidak lapar... ingat JANGAN LAPAR!!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;ni bukan hari2... bosan woo.... saya banyak resepi breakfast...i love breakfast...tapi lain entri k&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;10 AM SNACKING&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;kita mesti snack...kalau tak kita lapar...bila kita lapar kita akan buat bad choices ok... dah lapar hentammm saje makan ape pun...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;choose good and excellent snacks!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;my favorite: almonds, walnuts, segala jenis nuts, kuaci, whole meal biskut (bukan 10 keping, 2 keping cukup ok)&lt;br /&gt;apple cicah peanut butter&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;KEAJAIBAN KEKACANG&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;almonds and walnuts &amp;nbsp;ada kandungan omega 3paling tinggi banding kacan2 yang lain..sedap plak tu&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;..ape benda omega 3 nihh...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;omega 3 ialah sejenis lemak ..haaaa?? lemak kan gemookkkk&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;dengarlah nak cerita magic nya&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;lemak bukan sebabkan gemuk ok.... MAKAN BANYAK sebabkan gemuk....&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;omega 3 punya power ialah dia boleh BAKAR lemak jahat! dan buat kita kenyaaaanggggg sentiasa.... dia bagitau otak kita...haaa badan ni kenyang dah...berenti makan.,..mula bakar energy!. terer tak omega 3?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;sebab tu saya masak guna MINYAK CANOLA sekarang...senang je carik brand NATUREL banyak jual...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;pssstt.... berhenti guna minyak sawit please.... minyak sawit ada TRANS FAT...lemak ni badan tak leh proses...jadi dia terus simpan dan betepek di dalam badan&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;saya nak awak buat experimen sikit... masak benda berminyak macam kari or sambal tumis pakai minyak sawit and minyak canola&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;simpan dalam peti ais&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;mangkuk guna minyak sawit akan beku meninggalkan sekeping lemak atas gravy kan&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;awak bayangkan minyak beku tu dalam badan awak... SIHATNYAAAA&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;minyak canola? tengoklah sendiri...takkan beku... akan kekal bentuk minyak...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;so kalau bleh.... tukarlaaa untuk masa depan.....&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;aallaaaaaa minyak canola tu mahal laaa.... 3 kg 25 inggit&lt;br /&gt;minyak buruh 3 kg baru 12 inggit&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;suka ati la... tapi cuba kira ubat kalau sakit&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;kena kencing manis, darah tinggi, jantung... murah sangat ker?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;huhu&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;ok&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;next&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;DIANA'S TYPICAL LUNCH&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;ok saya kurang sikit lunch2 ni (ngaku) sebab saya dinner cepat...dalam kul 6 dah makan dinner, tapi untuk orang lain yang makan dinner lambat &amp;nbsp;please have lunch...ingat! bila badan dapat makanan secara konsisten dia akan otomatik bakar tenaga secara konsisten gak... jadi biar badan kita tu membakaaarrrrr je kejanya ok?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;tuna sandwich with timun&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;OR&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;sup sayur&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;TYPICAL AFTERNOON SNACK&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 glass of milk&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 apple or buah2 lain yang hi-fiber&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;DINNER&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;DOUBLE SERVING VEGETABLE (masak laaa resepi ape2 pun ikut selera)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;PROTEIN (AYAM KE DAGING KE IKAN KE)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;NASI (1/2 CUP) SAIZ? ok je...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;"alaaa taknak laaa nanti kuar muscle macam jantan plak rupa i , suami suka i tembam2 sikit..."&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;ehem... lau mengah, tecungap2, asik2 ngadu penat suami pun tak selera laaa&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Zaman datuk nenek moyang kita dahulu...diorang memang banyak makan nasi... tapi cuba gi interview diorang apa diaorang makan dengan nasi tu? nak jumpa ayam lembu kambing hari2 macam kita? tak deknyeee.... and kebanyakan diorang keja keras... keja kebun....emm ape kesimpulan ni?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;energy burned is more than energy taken&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;kita zaman sekarang?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;nak nasi beriani pagi petang siang malam boleh kan kan kan...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;pagi&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;mi goreng dengan telur teh tarik campur karipap lagi 2 biji&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;jam 10&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;teh ais kuih donat&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;kul 11&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;kunyah biskut kerepek&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;kul 12&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;lunch&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;nasi, ayam kari ikan goreng sirap bandung&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;petang&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;goreng pisang, keropok lekor, coke&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;dinner&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;nasi ayam ice blended&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;kul 10 malam&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;kunyah kerepek sambil tengok tv&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;kul 12 malam&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;roti canai teh tarik&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;angkat tangan sapa punya menu nih????&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;huhuhuhu... kerja?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;duduk bangun duduk duduk duduk bangun dalam bilik air-cond&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;kesimpulannya&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;energy taken is waaaaaaaayyyyyyyyyyyyyyy moreeeee than energy burned&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;result? fat, lethargy, blood pressure naik, gula naik, sakit kepala, suma2 tulaaaa&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;so.. balik pada topik asal&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;exercise exercise exercise&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;sikit jeeee&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;30 minit EVERYDAY NO EXCUSE&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;30 minit ni boleh dipecah2kan&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;apa jenis? ok gi google beratus ribu jenis exercise ada... saya pun google exercise saya...free video ada, takpun kuarkan mesin exercise yang berabuk tu... buat.... buat slow2 dulu... yang penting buat sampai berpeluh 30 minit... nak pecah2kan 10 minit pagi 10 minit petang pun boleh jugak.... tapi mesti buat hari2... masukkan dalam plan hidup, sambil tengok tv citer filipina petang2 tu jumping jack, GET MOVING!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;exercise akan bantu kita burn fat, bina muscle, bila jantung kita berdegup kencang maksudnya kita akan burn calorie...bila kita start exercise pembakaran yang berlaku bukan hanya pada masa tu tau..kadar metabolisma kita akan meningkat dan pembakaran kalorie akan berlaku selama 24 jam untung tak?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dah sudah, &amp;nbsp;jangan risauuu... dahtu.. bukan sekeping tu yang di offer..macam2 keping yang lain pun ada... dahla tadi da lunch... hmm susah ... tak amik karang dikata sombong kan?&lt;br /&gt;soo.. apa solution? haaa korang buat sendiri kek ni...sedap gila...senang tak tau la nak cakap...plus! sihat! takde minyak, gula or telur, yeke sedap?
